We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

To start a return, please contact us at support@fursweep.com.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or incorrect items:
If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will resolve the issue promptly.

Exchanges:
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order.
